Bashundhara Bitumen
Consistency and empirical tests result second to none. Bashundhara Premium penetration grade (60/70) is produced through aeration on vacuum bottom from selective ideal bituminous heavy crude oil in bitumen production units.
APPLICATIONS
Bashundhara Premium penetration grade (60/70) is suitable for roadway construction and repair for flexible pavement of premixed dense bituminous surfacing. Briefly, it is in keeping with both binder course and wearing course, seal coat, bituminous carpeting, prime and tack coat for various categories of highway.
Bashundhara Premium penetration grade (60/70) has some outstanding performances in highway construction which are-
- CAPABLE OF WEAR AND ABRASIVE EFFECTS OF MOVING VEHICLE
- SUFFICIENT STABILITY
- PREVENTING RUTTING AND SHOVING
- IMPROVED SKID RESISTANCE
- WEATHER FRIENDLY
FEATURES
Bashundhara Premium penetration grade (60/70) obtains thermoplastic that causes the material to be soften at high temperatures and harden at lower temperatures; as well, it has a unique temperature-viscosity relationship. This product determines the following performance-parameters:
- DURABILITY
- ADHESION
- RHEOLOGY
- SAFETY
- PURITY
- CONSISTENCY
